In line with the Government agenda, our main focus now is Sustainable Community Strategies. These encompass Housing Strategy, Delivery Plans, Neighbourhood Renewal, Regeneration Strategies and the clear priorities for linking housing to economic development including Worklessness and Social Enterprise.

We bring these topics together, drawing on our wide experience in:

Community and Stakeholder engagement in support of master planning and policy development;
Development of Regeneration Strategies and Business Plans for a variety of organisations such as Local Authorities, HMR Pathfinders and Social Enterprises;
Preparation of Housing Strategies and Delivery Plans at local, sub-regional and regional levels to complement Community Strategies and Integrated Regional Strategies.
