arc4 has been involved in supporting a number of national and local housing associations to develop a homeownership product that supports purchasers to rent first and buy later. The work offers associations an opportunity to introduce this product in a very flexible way to enable a tailored product to be offered on sites along side the Rent to Homebuy national product but also as a stand alone product on new build sites. It supports a new and emerging market of purchasers struggling n the current economic climate but wanting to get a foot on the housing ladder.
