Associate Director or Director

Salary range £40K - £50K

arc4 is a well established and growing consultancy based in Manchester and working nationally. We specialise in housing and neighbourhood regeneration strategy, policy development, research, consultation, programme and project delivery. 

We have 10 staff and a wide network of associates and we are looking to expand our senior team. We are looking for an Associate Director and/or a shareholding Director to take us to the next stage of company development. You should have one or more of the following knowledge and experience areas:

• Strategic Housing;
• Affordable Housing and planning policy;
• Housing social and economic research;
• Private Sector and Retrofitting;
• Economic Viability Assessments.

You will already have senior consultant experience. We are looking for confident people who can combine technical/professional expertise with managing commissions/project management and excellent written and personal presentation skills.

Our offices are based in Manchester but we are flexible on your location, and we offer home working.  We offer a competitive salary, Associate Director Bonuses or Shareholding opportunities, generous pension scheme and annual leave allowance and an exciting, challenging and fun working environment.
