Michael Bullock, Director BSc. (Hons), PhD, ACIH
Effective research is of fundamental importance to understanding communities and their needs. Michael is keen ensure that arc 4 's research programme is responsive to emerging issues and Government guidance.
With over 14 years of academic and professional research experience, Michael is responsible for arc 4 's extensive research programme. Previously Research Manager at the Northern Housing Consortium and more recently with David Cumberland Housing Regeneration, he has a broad base of expertise which includes: Housing Need, Demand and Strategic Housing Market Assessments (with over 30 studies now completed); rural housing research; Gypsy and Traveller research; and the preparation of evidence bases to support funding bids.
Based in Durham, he is an Independent Board Member for North Star Housing Group.
