Mandi is a qualified and experienced housing professional with a track record in the development of social housing. A committed individual who has successfully delivered a variety of complex mixed tenure affordable housing schemes. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing with direct experience of project management, partnership working, strategy development, policy and procedure development and implementation, preparation of bids and staff management.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Successfully managed the £multimillion development programme for a large North West Housing Association for a number of years.

Regularly exceeded the allocation, cash spend and property completion targets set by the Housing Corporation ensuring Association achieved a green light rating on their Housing Corporation Assessment.
Prepared and submitted bids for a variety of schemes and funders including Housing Corporation, Local Authorities, Health Authorities, PFI, SRB, Social Services.
Developed and implemented strategies, policies and procedures and performance monitoring systems.
Prepared and presented reports to Management Teams and Boards.
Achieved and maintained Client Charter Status for Collingwood Housing Association and Contour Housing Group
