Fundraising in memory of Ange
Angela Mann was our PA from 2001 when she was the first employee of the then DCHR. She died of lung cancer in January 2010, and we miss her very much.
The team took part in the Starlight Walk overnight on 18th to 19th June 2010 to raise money for St Rocco's Hospice, which Ange spoke highly of.
We completed the 13.1 miles in 4 hours 15 minutes, starting at midnight and finishing well after dawn. We managed a few blisters, and far too many sweets from the marshalls on the way round.
