New Affordable Housing Guide launched
arc4 have launched an affordable housing web guide with the previous Local Government Yorkshire and the Humber to allow local authority officers across the region access to policies, guidance and advice on all aspects of their affordable housing work.
The guide has been designed to offer practical support and guidance in delivering affordable housing through the development control process.
The guide is aimed at those new to affordable housing, as well as experienced officers; and it is also designed to let users 'dip in and out' of sections to seek clarification and advice about various elements within the overall process.
