Helen Brzozowski, Director BA (HONS), MA
Helen has worked in the social housing sector for over 15 years. Her expertise lies in project management and policy and strategy development. She has considerable experience in managing funding applications from European, government and charitable institutions and has led on a wide range of community investment and regeneration initiatives, focusing on social and economic inclusion.
She has previously worked at Director level, leading on the implementation of an income generation team, choice based lettings and performance management systems. Helen has an extensive track record in resident involvement, a wide range of community based initiatives and consultation programmes.
More recently Helen has focused on working with a range of public, social and private organisations to support the development of housing pathways, homeownership products for renewal and relocation and for first time buyers. Her interest focuses on the delivery vehicles and support structures required for successful relocation and renewal strategies.
