Gaynor Asquith, Director BSc, (Hons) FCIH
Gaynor's background is housing investment in the public and social sector, with national and regional experience at the Housing Corporation and Guinness Trust.
She has been a board member of small and large housing associations and of FRC, a major social enterprise. Gaynor is a Director and founding partner of the company. She is a leading expert in all aspects of affordable home ownership, relocation and renewal products together with delivery structures and has over 25 years experience in these fields.
She also specialises in initiating and developing high profile partnerships and strategies, costed action plans and delivery vehicles to address neighbourhood, area and sub-regional regeneration. Her interest and expertise includes all types of community and social enterprises, business planning and funding packages.
