arc4 and Europe
arc4 has been working with the UKTI and regional agencies to promote our expertise in regeneration at the international level for some years. We have helped agencies in Poland, Slovakia, Rumania and the Czech Republic to extend their regeneration knowledge, as well as use our expertise and contacts to create the major Project African Wilderness with the Government of Malawi.
We are now working with the Czech Republic to increase its capacity and knowledge around regeneration and following a successful national conference in 2006 are developing strategic and business planning techniques for the regional agencies and an action learning programme for the public and private sector in the Karlovy Vary region. Beyond this we are working to prioritise and take forward several major projects in the region.
We have links with local project management and design companies in the Czech Republic and want to extend our work from there to other New European countries over the coming years
